Prepare yourself emotionally

Trying this activity can make you feel scared. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s a natural feeling. However, you have to prepare yourself with the emotional aspect of the activity. You can also train yourself to feel confident in doing dangerous things. Besides, if you want to do it now, you might not have the chance to do it at all.
